Andy Adlard
OWNER
Andy Adlard oversees all construction for the company. He was raised on a sod farm in Wisconsin where he gained expertise in turfgrass science, managing a section of the farm’s property.
Andy played Division 1 soccer for Indiana University and professionally in both the MLS and Europe. After moving to Allentown, he founded Adlard Skill Advancement, LLC (ASA), a coaching and athletic performance company. ASA serves all ages and skill levels, including professional athletes, and also supports the elite LVU FC/LVU Rush soccer clubs.
He has been an accomplished golfer since age six, competing at a high level and mentoring aspiring junior golfers. He enjoys his free time with his wife and two children.

Toni El Kassis
OWNER
Toni El Kassis is an accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in construction materials, sports retail, home remodeling, and sports management. He founded BBM Building Materials Trading in Dubai in 2006, making it a leading supplier of construction materials in the region.
Toni also owns Epic Sports in Beirut, a premier sports equipment retailer, and leads Kitchen Solvers and KL Remodeling in Allentown, offering customized home improvement solutions. As COO of HTA Sports and a partner at HTA Turfgrass, he drives growth and operational excellence in sports management and the turf industry.
Toni studied Business Management at Cambridge University. He enjoys soccer and time with his wife and three children.

Henry Pineda
OWNER
Henry Pineda heads the on site construction and site leader for all construction. He is the founder and President of Sevashe Express of PA Inc., a family-owned transportation company that has grown from a one-man operation to a leading provider of safe, reliable delivery services across the East Coast. Since 2014, the company has expanded from hot shot loads to securing contracts with warehouses, focusing on professionalism, customer service, and safety.
In addition to transportation, Henry and his brother, Jose, buy and sell heavy-duty trucks and provide hauling services for customers who need help moving heavy equipment and vehicles.
Originally from Honduras, Henry moved to the U.S. in 1990 and has built a successful transportation business while raising a family of three children.

Tim Young, P.E.
OWNER
Tim Young is a licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania with nearly a decade of experience in private land development and municipal engineering.
He oversees all preconstruction design and operations, ensuring every project is set up for success from concept to execution. He manages client relationships, drives new business development, and leads strategic growth initiatives for the company. Additionally, he guides the company’s direction and operations to deliver high-quality athletic field and sports construction solutions.
He uses his engineering expertise and hands-on experience to bridge technical knowledge with business strategy, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of performance, durability, and client satisfaction.He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2014, where he was also an active soccer player. He enjoys his free time with his wife and two children.
